1. Who we are

Kove is operated by Collin Stedham, an individual sole trader ("Kove", "we", "us"). We operate the Kove web application available at cowork.fyi (and related domains). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the service.

2. Personal data we collect

3. Why we process it

4. Who we share data with

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. On account deletion we delete or anonymise your data (where we have control; we cannot control the data actions of third parties) within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Your data is never used to improve the model unless you interact with the feedback buttons (ex. thumbs-up, thumbs-down), and even then it is anonymized. Your chat data on our platform is entirely private to you except when we must share it for legal reasons, a Kove team member is personally investigating an issue with your account, we have had an unintentional breach in security, or you have clicked a feedback button and in doing so opted in to model improvement for that particular prompt, response and all previous messages in the conversation. Because our models are hosted on 3rd party servers, the providers may retain sent data, which is typically anonymized by default, for 30 days from when you sent it. We do not control this retention and cannot delete this retained data, though we can delete the media/content from your Kove account. To request Rohan 3_ZDR for your business (no data retained at all) please email Collin Stedham personally.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address shown in your account dashboard.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials to protect personal data.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
