Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
1. Who you contract with
These terms are an agreement between you and Collin Stedham, an individual sole trader operating under the trading name "Kove" ("Kove", "we", "us"), the operator of the Kove service available at cowork.fyi. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Kove provides an AI assistant that can chat with you, generate images, transcribe voice, and connect to third-party tools. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing terms, taxes, refunds, and payment mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout/Buyer Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual property, or facilitate fraud or spam;
- generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, targeted harassment, or malware;
- create deepfakes of real people without consent, or impersonate others;
- probe, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- circumvent technical limits or attempt to jailbreak the model.
You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the outputs, including verifying their accuracy and ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Do not rely on the service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification by a qualified professional.
6. Intellectual property
Kove retains all rights in the service, its software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in the content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
