About Kove

Kove is a new type of AI platform — one that works with you, but can also think for itself. It replaces the growing stack of AI subscriptions most people juggle (chat, image generation, design, video, voice, audio, document creation, connectors) in a single workspace at a price meaningfully lower than any one of the big-name models on its own.

Overview

One workspace instead of ten subscriptions

Most AI users pay for a chat model, a separate image model, a design tool, a video generator, a voice app, an audio/podcast tool, and a document writer — plus whatever connectors glue them together. Kove folds all of that into one conversation and one bill. The interface is deliberately uncluttered so the work stays in front of you, not the tool.

Kove is not a rebrand or a thin wrapper. It's powered by Rohan 3, an AI model, built by Collin Stedham and David Stockham in Morganton, North Carolina, and tuned end-to-end to be your daily coworker: quick when you want an answer, thoughtful when you want it to think, and quietly capable of doing real work on your behalf.

What Kove replaces

Instead of ten tools, one Kove

A short list of what Kove absorbs into a single subscription:

  • Your general-purpose chat model (drafting, research, coding, brainstorming, planning).
  • Your image generator (photos, illustrations, product art, marketing visuals).
  • Your vector design app (posters, cards, invitations, flyers, business cards, social posts) via Vine.
  • Your explainer-video / narrated-video maker (up to ~2 minutes, voiceover over stock and motion graphics).
  • Your podcast / two-voice audio tool (Kove Podcasts, hosted by two AI hosts).
  • Your music generator (original, short tunes).
  • Your voice assistant (natural low-latency voice mode, with a video option so you can ask about your surroundings).
  • Your document creator (real PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, presentations, CSV, markdown, text files).
  • Your email drafter / sender (real send with per-draft approval).
  • Your coding agent (generate either a full website in an html file or an entire codebase downloadble as a zip)
  • Your live-search research assistant (fresh results pulled in as compact source cards).
  • Your connectors layer (Google, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, and any other MCP server, one toggle away).

Every one of these is a real feature, not a placeholder. Kove picks the right one behind the scenes — you just describe what you want. No confusing buttons or gated features; everything is billed fairly from your credits.

Chat

Fast, thoughtful conversations

Kove's chat is powered by Rohan 3, a well-rounded native model for everyday work, with additional third-party engines available in the model selector when you want an external second opinion. You can switch between them mid-conversation without losing context. Both drive Kove's native tools — research, drafting, files, images, and connectors — from the same chat surface. You never have to leave the conversation to use a feature, and you never have to hop between products.

Threads are yours forever. Rename them, delete them, or pick up any conversation right where you left off, on any device. Deleting a chat really deletes it; you don't have to wait 30 days to feel secure.

Voice mode

Natural, low-latency voice

Tap the mic and talk to Kove like a person. Voice mode replies in warm, human prosody through Kove TTS, with a curated cast of voices — Tessa, Olivia, Clive (best quality), and Tyler. Streaming, chunked audio keeps replies feeling immediate. Connectors work in voice mode too, so you can send a Slack message or ask to check your calendar without touching a keyboard.

Images

AI-generated images, on demand

Ask for an image and Kove generates it inline using Kove Image — an efficient, fast, and quality image model. Every image lands in your personal gallery, where you can browse, batch-download, edit-as-attachment, or remove it. Generated images stay put — they never disappear after you close a chat.

Vine

Resolution-independent vector design

Vine is Kove's vector design engine. When you ask for a logo, poster, invite, business card, or other print-ready design, Vine returns a polished, resolution-independent SVG you can open in the gallery, scale to any size without losing crispness, or attach right back into chat for another pass. Vine designs are unlimited.

Kove Image and Vine are both fast and inexpensive to run, which is why you get much higher limits here than on other paid AI platforms.

Explainer videos

Narrated video, timed to the word

Kove's explainer video engine writes up to two minutes of narrated video for explainers, promos, recaps, announcements, and simple story pieces. Each scene gets its own short spoken beat, and the visuals hold for exactly as long as that clip takes to say — so titles, chapters, stock footage, and Kove-native motion graphics are always perfectly in sync. It's all from one prompt, and the file is downloadable.

Kove Podcasts

Two-voice audio, hosted by Olivia & Clive

Kove Podcasts produces short (~5 minute) two-voice pieces — podcasts, radio segments, interviews, dialogue, comedy skits — performed by two AI hosts. Powered by Kove TTS

Music

Original music, in the browser

Kove writes original music up to three minutes long — note by note, with title, tempo, and mood chosen by the model — and plays it back inline in a lightweight Kove-styled music player. Music generation is unlimited.

Files & email

Real documents, real sends

Ask Kove for a resume, a spreadsheet, a report, a slide deck, or any other file, and it produces a real downloadable file — PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, Markdown, or plain text — not a chat blob to copy-paste. Ask it to send an email, and Kove drafts one inline; you approve the draft with a single click and it goes out for real. If you don't like the draft, one click trashes it.

Connectors

Real-world tools, one toggle away

Connect Google, Slack, GitHub, and other services once, then flip them on per-thread whenever you need them. Kove uses connectors through a secure gateway; your credentials never touch a prompt. When one or more connectors are enabled, Kove switches to a more autonomous mode — it stops asking for information it already has and drives tasks end-to-end instead of narrating each step.

Computer use

Search the web, or browse it properly

Kove searches the web the usual way — ask a question, get sourced results you can open in a new tab. When a page deserves more than a glance, start an Integrated Browsing session instead: the page opens in its own tab, fully loaded, with a browsing assistant beside it. That assistant reads what's on screen, answers questions about it, follows links, scrolls, fills in fields and works step by step across several pages, moving a visible cursor so you can see exactly what it's doing. Sessions last ten minutes, then the link retires itself. Search and browsing are separate tools and you can use either, or both. Everything a session costs — pages loaded and questions answered — is billed under Computer in your credit breakdown.

The cursor is always there, not just during tasks. Left alone it browses the way a person does: skimming along lines of text, drifting over a picture, hopping to a link, always somewhere you can see it, and holding still the moment you start scrolling. Ask for something and it drops all of that instantly, moves to the exact button or field and acts. It can also pause for a page to load and then pick the job back up on its own, several steps in a row, without being nudged.

There's a whiteboard too. Ask for one and a blank surface opens where the assistant places sticky notes with titles — a mind map, a plan, a comparison — and it can keep adding to that board while it carries on reading websites.

Math & graphing

Interactive graphs, not static pictures

Ask Kove to plot something and you get a real, interactive graph in the conversation — functions, points, lines, circles, polygons, and vectors, all drawn on a grid you can pan and zoom. It's built for homework, teaching, and quick sanity checks on a formula, and the graph stays with the thread, so it looks the same on your laptop tomorrow as it does on your phone tonight.

Acceleration

Answers, at your pace

Acceleration decides how quickly Kove hands its answers over. Normal is the standard cadence, Boosted arrives word by word at a noticeably quicker clip, and Blazing drops the typing animation entirely — text appears the instant it exists. Boosted is included with Pro, and Max includes every level; otherwise it's billed by the minute, one credit for Boosted and three for Blazing.

Gallery

Everything you've made, in one place

The gallery aggregates every image and design you've generated across every thread. Open it from the settings menu, or click any creation in chat to inspect it immediately. Hold Shift to multi-select images for batch download (as a .zip) or batch delete.

Pricing

One subscription, well under the alternatives

Kove's subscription costs meaningfully less than a single seat at any of the big-name general AI models, and yet it replaces most of them. Instead of a stack of fixed per-feature limits — ten images a day here, two videos a month there — Kove gives you one monthly pool of credits and lets you spend it wherever you want. A month of nothing but writing, a month of nothing but video, or any mix: it's the same allowance.

Credits are metered on real work, not on flat per-message fees. Text is priced off the tokens actually read and written, so a one-line answer costs a fraction of what a long analysis does. Generative features are priced by what they cost to run — images and image edits, Vine designs, music, and explainer videos, which scale with the length of the piece.

You are only ever billed once for a given result. Images, designs, and files are generated a single time and stored on your account — reopening a chat replays the saved output instead of rebuilding it. Your remaining balance is visible any time from the Credits panel in settings, and each reply carries a small menu showing what that specific answer cost. If you run out, everything pauses until your allowance renews or you top up. Occasionally, our platform may experience downtime while updates are being made to Rohan 3 (which is frequently edited).

Developers

Easily create

Want to create your own AI platform using Rohan 3? Want to put a custom chatbot on your site but don't know how? At no extra cost, access the deticated Kove Developer Platform (located at https://cowork.fyi/dev) and view Kove's API docs, download a .md file for your coding assistant, test Kove models in a playground, and even create a fully customized chatbot wired to your site, free forever. To add the bot, all you have to do is paste one line of code, and it appears everywhere. The only caveat is that you don't get any free credits; you have to add funds before the playground or the API works. Exploring the platform, however, and designing a chatbot remain free.

Design language

Warm minimalism

Kove's look — warm off-white surfaces, bold italic wordmark, subtle motion, and purposeful sound design — is meant to feel like a well-made tool, not a dashboard. Every interaction feels purposeful; Kove feels warm, human even.

Environmental

Our Environmental Cost

For an average 500 token response using Rohan 3, you will burn about 0.07 watt-hours of energy (equivalent to running a standard TV for 4.4 seconds), and generate 0.03 grams of CO2 (equivalent to driving a standard gas car about 4.6 inches). Rohan 4, our in-development model, is being optimized to have an even lower environmental impact, even though this is quite low.
